Meet The Team
One of the goals of the Arsenal program is to provide an environment to enhance and encourage the development of skills and desires of our players in respect to the games of baseball and softball. The Arsenal program teaches and instills a love for the game that exhibits the best of what our players can be.
TSA Team President
We are proud to announce that former Philadelphia Phillies outfielder and MLB All-Star, Domonic Brown, has been hired as TSA’s Team President. In this capacity, Dom will be the representative of the ownership group and oversee TSA’s staff, training, and college/professional recruiting networks. Hiring a gentleman with the character and qualities the likes of Domonic Brown reflects TSA’s steadfast commitment to being the premier youth baseball organization in the Northeast.
TSA Team Vice President
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Phillip signed a professional contract with the Philadelphia Phillies at the age of 17. As Vice President, he will draw on his wealth of experience as a minor league player, coach, trainer, and kinesiologist to take TSA’s player development and college recruiting networks to the next level.

Ryan Busch has been a pillar of the program since 2017. The former SS and captain of the Georgetown University baseball team has made his mark on the organization, in particular, as a specialist in youth development. Ryan will continue to apply his unique set of coaching, administrative, and creative talents in a redefined role reflective of his value and commitment to the Arsenal Army.
